How to set SharePoint Chart Y axis minimum / maximum range?
You can set the begin / end range of the chart Y axis to specific values from the Chart – Axes – Range tab in the Chart Designer. Note that the default Range Inflate (Auto) tick rounding is enabled and you may need to set the Range Inflate Mode.
If needed, you can also configure the chart axis step from: Axes - Scale - Step Mode.
