How to cross chart axis at specified value or percent in SharePoint?
Axis value crossing allows you to cross two axes at a specified logical value or axis percent. In the following Bubble Chart example, the primary Y and X axes are both crossed at 50 percent.
From the Chart Designer, Chart Areas >> Axes >> General tab, set the Position to Cross for both Primary Y and Primary X axes. Then you can configure the X Cross and Y Cross to be at specified value or axis percent:
