When Nevron Vision for SharePoint has been previously installed:
If you need to perform a new installation and Nevron Vision for SharePoint has been previously installed in your environment, please uninstall it first through the Add/Remove Programs (Programs and Features) dialog in Windows Control Panel.
Once you start the uninstall process, you will be asked to unregister the Nevron Vision for SharePoint web parts – click Next.
Check all of the tasks and click Next.
Select all of the web applications that have the product installed and then click Finish.
Once this process finishes, it will have removed all of the registrations the Nevron Vision for SharePoint web parts had in SharePoint. You can now run the installer normally to perform clean
installation of the web parts.
Important - you must run the installer only on the Application Server (the server hosting Central Administration), regardless if you have standalone or web farm environment.Article ID: 159, Created On: 12/16/2010, Modified: 8/14/2012
